This is going to be an interesting book review. Butter is a fantastic book but damn it is going to be so hard to explain it and review without making it sound overly morbid. The concept of the book shocked me but also intrigued me. After reading Erin Jade Lange’s Rebel Bully Geek Pariah book (which is FANTASTIC), I really wanted to read another. This is my review for Butter.
This was the second (and only) book that I read during the #SundayYAthon challenge. I have been wanting to read this book for quite a while! Decided that this would be the perfect opportunity to get stuck into it. I was not disappointed. Such a wonderful adventure book. Here is my book review of The Girl of Ink & Stars!
I decided to read Finding Audrey as one of my books during #SundayYAthon. I was not sure whether or not I would be able to get through too many books, so I have not really posted much about it. Just trying to do it at my own pace. Surprisingly, I plowed through this book. It was very heart warming and so well written. Here is my book review for Finding Audrey.
After reading A Darker Shade of Magic (review here) I was slightly nervous about reading A Gathering of Shadows. I was worried that I would encounter the same minor problem I had with the first book. That I would feel re-reading A Gathering of Shadows would be necessary in order to get a better understanding. I told myself that I wanted to read this book for longer periods of time. I knew that April was going to be a hectic month for me in terms of getting life stuff sorted. Thankfully I did manage to read this book for longer time periods and when I finished it, I was so happy. I LOVED this book! Here is my review of this fantastic second book in the Shades of Magic trilogy!
