May has been an incredible month. An absolutely INCREDIBLE month. Not only have I successfully completed another challenge, but I have felt so good! So much has happened in terms of health and happiness, and I am looking forward to reviewing this month!
16 years ago today, a life was lost. The unthinkable happened. You read it happening to other families and feel sorry for them. But when it happens to you, what do you do? There is really nothing you can do. You are left wondering the ‘what ifs’ and ‘maybes’ but at the end of the day, there was nothing to be done.

Over this past month, I have been sticking to my guns when it comes to eating healthy and doing exercise. With the month nearly up, I wanted to create just a small blog to talk about how much healthier I feel. It is unbelievable to think how much of a difference proper exercise can do to you. It’s an incredible feeling. The main form of exercise I have been doing over the past month has been jogging. In fact, it has grown to a jogging addiction. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so. This blog is about how I’ve felt with exercise and how much more alive I feel!
Today was a pretty amazing day. The sun was shining, a gentle breeze rustling the trees. The perfect day for a bike ride! Me and my partner planned on going to visit his Oma and Opa today (i.e. grandmother and grandfather). Usually we would go by car. Since today was a beautiful day, we decided to go by bike instead. This would be my first long bike ride since getting it, and I have wrote a blog my new bike here. My partner set up the doggy basket on his bike, and got Spike prepared for the journey. How was my first bike ride?
